These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://keitruckdirect.com and any purchase you make from Kei Truck Direct ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Vehicles

We import and sell used Japanese kei trucks and select JDM vehicles. All listings describe pre-owned vehicles. We make every effort to describe each vehicle accurately, including specifications, mileage where known, and condition.

2. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until an order is confirmed. Inventory is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis; a vehicle is only secured once your order and any required deposit are received. Free door-to-door delivery within the continental United States is included in the listed price. Applicable taxes and state registration fees are separate unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer. When you place an order, we will provide our bank details and a reference number. Your vehicle is reserved once payment is received and cleared. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a vehicle becomes unavailable).

4. Title, Registration & Legal Compliance

Each vehicle is supplied with an importable title. You are responsible for registering the vehicle and complying with the laws of your state, including any emissions, inspection, and road-use requirements. Rules for importing and registering kei-class vehicles vary by state; we are happy to share what we know, but final compliance is the buyer's responsibility.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We arrange free, insured, door-to-door delivery within the continental United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on distance and carrier availability. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Unless expressly stated in writing, vehicles are sold "as-is" without any express or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our Return & Refund Policy describes the limited circumstances in which we provide remedies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kei Truck Direct is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any vehicle purchased. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the vehicle in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and the Kei Truck Direct name and logo, is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kei Truck Direct operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
