The HH4 Acty Van explained

The HH4 is the four-wheel-drive version of Honda's 1990s Acty Van and Street. Underneath the enclosed body it is an HA4 — the same 656cc E07A under the load floor, the same transfer arrangement feeding the front axle from behind the engine. The van body adds a lockable, weatherproof load bay and rear side glass, which is what separates it from the truck rather than anything mechanical.

This one reads 94,000 miles, about 151,300 km. Honda built the mid-mounted E07 engine for commercial use rather than for a passenger car, and figures in the high five digits are routine across the generation.

Reading the specification

A four-wheel-drive kei van is a small, dry, lockable load box that will still leave a sealed road. The engine sits under the cab floor in the usual kei arrangement and the front axle is selected from inside, so the van drives as a rear-driver until it needs not to. Within the class this is the most practical all-weather configuration there is.
