The HA4 Acty explained

Built from 1990 until the Acty was redesigned in 1999, the HA4 pairs four-wheel drive with Honda's 656cc E07A triple, mounted under the load floor instead of under the seats. Honda engineered the whole second generation to the 3.30-metre kei length limit in force at the time, so the cab is pushed right to the front bumper.
