About This 1998 Honda Acty
Here in our US inventory: a 1998 Honda Acty Truck, wearing White, ready for a new owner. This one is 4WD, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Its chassis number is HA4-2418228.
HA4 Acty: the short version
HA4 is the four-wheel-drive Acty truck of 1990 to 1999 and the most numerous Acty on the US market. Honda put the 656cc E07A under the bed, nearly flat, and ran drive forward to the front axle from behind it — the opposite of almost everything else in the class. The result handles like a mid-engined vehicle, carries its load directly over the driven rear wheels, and keeps a completely flat deck floor because nothing is in the way of it.
This one reads 80,400 miles, about 129,400 km. Honda built the mid-mounted E07 engine for commercial use rather than for a passenger car, and figures in the high five digits are routine across the generation.

The practical side
What a 4WD Acty gives you over the two-wheel-drive version is a front axle you can bring in when the surface stops cooperating — wet grass, loose gravel, a muddy field gate. The rest of the truck is unchanged: the same mid-mounted engine beneath the bed, the same low flat deck, the same cab that starts at the front bumper.
We quote this truck individually. Where it has to travel is the single biggest swing on the final figure, so the honest thing is to ask for your delivery address first and give you one number afterwards.
Paperwork and shipping
At 1998 it is past the 25-year mark, which is the line that decides whether a Japanese-market vehicle can be imported at all. The paperwork side — import documentation and title — is our job, and we deliver anywhere in the US. You can also watch the walkaround video above before deciding. Pricing on this vehicle is quoted per enquiry; tell us where it is going and we will come back to you.
