About This 1998 Honda Acty
Considering a van? This 1998 Honda Acty Van, finished in Green is available through Kei Truck Direct. Specified 2WD, shifted by an automatic gearbox. Chassis HH3-2355715 on the identification plate.
The HH3 Acty Van explained
HH3 is the van-bodied, rear-drive member of the second-generation Acty family, sold in Japan both as the Acty Van and, in more decorated form, as the Honda Street. The running gear is the truck's: a 656cc E07A laid flat under the rear floor. Because the engine is behind the passengers rather than beneath them, the cabin floor is flat and the load bay sits low over the rear axle.
The odometer has passed six figures at 101,400 miles, roughly 163,200 km. A kei engine of this family displaces 656cc and works harder per mile than a larger unit, which is simply how the class is engineered.

The practical side
An Acty van is the truck with a roof over the load bay, and because the engine lies beneath that bay rather than under the cab, the floor is flat from bulkhead to tailgate. Rear drive and an enclosed body make it a dry, lockable, square box on a vehicle you can park anywhere — which is the entire case for a kei van over a kei truck.
This van is quoted on enquiry. Vans take a different freight rate from flat-bed trucks because of their height, so we would rather work the figure out against your actual delivery address than publish one that does not survive contact with the quote.
Buying this one
Because it was built in 1998, the federal 25-year exemption applies and the usual FMVSS and EPA conformity requirements fall away. You do not deal with the import paperwork; we do, and we organise delivery to your address. You can also watch the walkaround video above before deciding. This one is priced individually — contact us with your delivery location for a figure.
