S210-series Hijet: the short version
S210 is the four-wheel-drive Hijet of 1999 to 2004, built to the post-1998 kei dimensions with the fuel-injected, twin-cam 659cc EF. Daihatsu offered this chassis in more factory configurations than any rival: flat bed, deck van, panel van, scissor-lift, hydraulic tipper and power-take-off driven bodies all left the line on the S210. Low-range transfer cases and locking rear differentials were available on the work specifications.
Six figures, at 186,300 miles or approximately 299,800 km. Daihatsu designed the 659cc EF and the later KF as working engines for a vehicle sold almost entirely to trades and farms.
What you are buying
Four-wheel drive under a van body is the specification for people who need the load bay dry and the vehicle capable of leaving a made road. The front axle is selectable from the cab, and the enclosed body adds nothing to the drivetrain's job beyond a little weight and a great deal of security.
This van is quoted on enquiry. Vans take a different freight rate from flat-bed trucks because of their height, so we would rather work the figure out against your actual delivery address than publish one that does not survive contact with the quote.
How the purchase works
A 2001 build date places this vehicle beyond the 25-year threshold that governs importing a non-US-market car into the United States. We take care of the entry documents and the title, then arrange shipping to wherever you are. A walkaround video is included with this listing. We price this one on request — get in touch and we will send a quote.
