About the TV1 Sambar Van
TV1 is the rear-drive van of the sixth-generation Sambar, the 1999 car built to the wider kei dimensions. Its 658cc EN07 four-cylinder lives under the rear load floor, so the van gets a square, uninterrupted cargo box and a low step-in height. Subaru sold the same shell as the plain Sambar Van and the better-equipped Dias.
It shows 66,500 miles on a gauge originally calibrated in kilometres, which puts it near 107,000 km. That sits in the middle of the band Sambars of this generation generally arrive at.
What the specification means
A rear-drive Sambar van carries its engine behind the rear axle, so the load bay sits entirely ahead of it: a long, square, flat-floored box with the drivetrain out of the way at the back. The rear weight bias that makes the truck notable makes the van quieter and more settled at the back than most of its rivals.
This van is quoted on enquiry. Vans take a different freight rate from flat-bed trucks because of their height, so we would rather work the figure out against your actual delivery address than publish one that does not survive contact with the quote.
Getting it to you
The 2001 build year puts it outside the 25-year window that restricts importing vehicles built to a foreign specification. You do not deal with the import paperwork; we do, and we organise delivery to your address. There is a walkaround video on this listing alongside the photographs. Pricing on this vehicle is quoted per enquiry; tell us where it is going and we will come back to you.
