About This 1991 Honda Acty
Here in our US inventory: a 1991 Honda Acty Truck, recorded as Blue, ready for a new owner. This is the 4WD version, with a 5-speed manual transmission. You will find HA3-1031522 on the chassis plate.
The HA3 Acty explained
HA3 is the rear-drive Acty truck built from 1990 to 1999, the generation that moved to the 656cc E07A when Japan raised the kei displacement limit. E07A is a single-overhead-cam triple lying almost on its side beneath the bed, driving the rear wheels through a short propshaft. Without a front axle to feed, the HA3 is the lightest and simplest Acty of its era, and the one with the fewest moving parts to look after.
The clock shows 74,200 miles — call it 119,400 km, since the instrument was marked in kilometres when it left Japan. That is mid-range for a Honda kei vehicle of this era arriving in the United States.

The configuration
Four-wheel drive on a mid-engined Acty is an unusual arrangement and it has a practical consequence: the engine's mass already sits over the rear axle, and anything loaded into the bed sits on top of it. Weight goes where the traction is before the front axle is ever called on. The flat bed floor is a second consequence of the same layout, since there is no propshaft tunnel running under it.
This one is priced on enquiry rather than listed. Freight to your state is the main variable on a kei truck and we would rather quote it properly than publish a figure that turns out to exclude it — tell us where it is going and we will come back with the number.
