About This 1997 Honda Acty
Here in our US inventory: a 1997 Honda Acty Truck, recorded as Silver, ready for a new owner. Built as 2WD with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The chassis plate reads HA3-2327307.
The HA3 Acty, in context
HA3 is the rear-drive Acty truck built from 1990 to 1999, the generation that moved to the 656cc E07A when Japan raised the kei displacement limit. E07A is a single-overhead-cam triple lying almost on its side beneath the bed, driving the rear wheels through a short propshaft. Without a front axle to feed, the HA3 is the lightest and simplest Acty of its era, and the one with the fewest moving parts to look after.
The odometer has passed six figures at 127,600 miles, roughly 205,400 km. A kei engine of this family displaces 656cc and works harder per mile than a larger unit, which is simply how the class is engineered.

The configuration
A rear-drive Acty is the simplest version of an already simple truck: engine amidships under the bed, drive straight back to the rear wheels, no transfer case and no front driveshafts to maintain. Because the engine sits over the driven axle, it starts from a better traction position than a front-engined two-wheel-drive pickup does, and the bed floor is lower for having nothing beneath it.
This one is priced on enquiry rather than listed. Freight to your state is the main variable on a kei truck and we would rather quote it properly than publish a figure that turns out to exclude it — tell us where it is going and we will come back with the number.
How the purchase works
With a 1997 build year it clears the 25-year rule that applies to importing vehicles never sold new in the US. Customs entry, import documentation and title work are all done here, and we arrange transport to any state. A walkaround video is included with this listing. There is no list price on this one. Send us a message with your location and we will put a figure to it.
