About This 1997 Honda Acty
From our current Honda stock — a 1997 Honda Acty Truck in White, already in the country. On the paperwork it is 4WD with a 5-speed manual box. Chassis number HA4-2351906.
Know the HA4 Acty
The HA4 is the 4WD member of Honda's second-generation Acty family, produced through the 1990s alongside the rear-drive HA3. Its 656cc E07A sits amidships and horizontal, which is why the bed is low and the cab has no engine tunnel. Honda used a part-time system on most HA4s, selected from the cab, so the truck runs in rear drive until the front axle is called on. Mechanically it is a simple, well-documented truck with wide parts support.
This one reads 83,300 miles, about 134,100 km. Honda built the mid-mounted E07 engine for commercial use rather than for a passenger car, and figures in the high five digits are routine across the generation.

How this one is set up
Four-wheel drive on a mid-engined Acty is an unusual arrangement and it has a practical consequence: the engine's mass already sits over the rear axle, and anything loaded into the bed sits on top of it. Weight goes where the traction is before the front axle is ever called on. The flat bed floor is a second consequence of the same layout, since there is no propshaft tunnel running under it.
This one is priced on enquiry rather than listed. Freight to your state is the main variable on a kei truck and we would rather quote it properly than publish a figure that turns out to exclude it — tell us where it is going and we will come back with the number.
To proceed
Because it was built in 1997, the federal 25-year exemption applies and the usual FMVSS and EPA conformity requirements fall away. Customs entry, import documentation and title work are all done here, and we arrange transport to any state. A walkaround video is included with this listing. We price this one on request — get in touch and we will send a quote.
