About This 1998 Honda Acty
We are offering this 1998 Honda Acty Truck, recorded as Yellow from inventory already in the States. The specification is 4WD and a 5-speed manual box. Identified by chassis number HA4-2387412.
The HA4 Acty, in context
HA4 is the four-wheel-drive Acty truck of 1990 to 1999 and the most numerous Acty on the US market. Honda put the 656cc E07A under the bed, nearly flat, and ran drive forward to the front axle from behind it — the opposite of almost everything else in the class. The result handles like a mid-engined vehicle, carries its load directly over the driven rear wheels, and keeps a completely flat deck floor because nothing is in the way of it.
This one reads 94,700 miles, about 152,400 km. Honda built the mid-mounted E07 engine for commercial use rather than for a passenger car, and figures in the high five digits are routine across the generation.

How this one is set up
What a 4WD Acty gives you over the two-wheel-drive version is a front axle you can bring in when the surface stops cooperating — wet grass, loose gravel, a muddy field gate. The rest of the truck is unchanged: the same mid-mounted engine beneath the bed, the same low flat deck, the same cab that starts at the front bumper.
Mid-band pricing on a kei truck generally reflects a sound, unremarkable specification — the four-wheel-drive, five-speed, flat-bed combination that the majority of buyers are looking for in the first place.
Buying this one
With a 1998 build year it clears the 25-year rule that applies to importing vehicles never sold new in the US. The paperwork side — import documentation and title — is our job, and we deliver anywhere in the US. You can also watch the walkaround video above before deciding. The figure is $5,490, and a message is all it takes to put it aside.
