What the HA4 Acty is
The HA4 is the 4WD member of Honda's second-generation Acty family, produced through the 1990s alongside the rear-drive HA3. Its 656cc E07A sits amidships and horizontal, which is why the bed is low and the cab has no engine tunnel. Honda used a part-time system on most HA4s, selected from the cab, so the truck runs in rear drive until the front axle is called on. Mechanically it is a simple, well-documented truck with wide parts support.
This one reads 88,300 miles, about 142,100 km. Honda built the mid-mounted E07 engine for commercial use rather than for a passenger car, and figures in the high five digits are routine across the generation.
What the specification means
A four-wheel-drive Acty takes its front drive from a transfer unit behind the mid-mounted engine and runs it forward beneath the cab. The arrangement is the reverse of a conventional truck, and it leaves the load bed completely unobstructed. For yard work, a smallholding or a site road, the useful part is that the driven rear axle carries both the engine and the payload.
Rather than list a figure, we quote this one when you ask. That way the number you get already includes getting the truck to your address, which is the part most online prices leave out.
How the purchase works
The 1995 build year puts it outside the 25-year window that restricts importing vehicles built to a foreign specification. Import documentation and titling are handled at our end, and we ship nationwide. You can also watch the walkaround video above before deciding. Ask us for a price and include your delivery state; we will quote the vehicle and the transport together.
