About This 1998 Suzuki Carry
The vehicle on this page is a 1998 Suzuki Carry Truck, listed as White, imported and road-ready for the paperwork stage. Listed as 2WD, driving through a 5-speed manual transmission. You will find DC51T-541026 on the chassis plate.
The DC51T Carry explained
The DC51T is the rear-drive Carry truck of 1991 to 1999. Suzuki put the 657cc F6A three-cylinder under the seats in a cab-over layout, which is the conventional kei truck arrangement and the reason the Carry has the longest bed in the class for its length. The Carry nameplate has run continuously since 1961, so parts and aftermarket support for this generation are about as good as the segment gets.
The odometer records 13,400 miles, which is in the region of 21,600 km in the units the dial was printed in — toward the low end for a Carry-family vehicle coming out of Japan.

Why this configuration
The rear-drive Carry is the volume-selling version of the best-selling kei truck, with the engine under the cab driving the back axle through a short propshaft. It is the lightest configuration Suzuki offered and the cheapest to keep, and it leaves the full bed length — the longest in the class for the overall dimensions — completely usable.
This one is priced on enquiry rather than listed. Freight to your state is the main variable on a kei truck and we would rather quote it properly than publish a figure that turns out to exclude it — tell us where it is going and we will come back with the number.
Next steps
At 1998 it is past the 25-year mark, which is the line that decides whether a Japanese-market vehicle can be imported at all. Import documentation and titling are handled at our end, and we ship nationwide. A walkaround video is included with this listing. Ask us for a price and include your delivery state; we will quote the vehicle and the transport together.
