About This 1994 Honda Acty
From our current Honda stock — a 1994 Honda Acty Truck, white over its original panels, already in the country. This is the 4WD version, with a 5-speed manual transmission. Stamped on the plate: HA4-2200959.
Where the HA4 Acty fits
The HA4 is the 4WD member of Honda's second-generation Acty family, produced through the 1990s alongside the rear-drive HA3. Its 656cc E07A sits amidships and horizontal, which is why the bed is low and the cab has no engine tunnel. Honda used a part-time system on most HA4s, selected from the cab, so the truck runs in rear drive until the front axle is called on. Mechanically it is a simple, well-documented truck with wide parts support.
The clock shows 57,500 miles — call it 92,500 km, since the instrument was marked in kilometres when it left Japan. That is mid-range for a Honda kei vehicle of this era arriving in the United States.

The configuration
Four-wheel drive on a mid-engined Acty is an unusual arrangement and it has a practical consequence: the engine's mass already sits over the rear axle, and anything loaded into the bed sits on top of it. Weight goes where the traction is before the front axle is ever called on. The flat bed floor is a second consequence of the same layout, since there is no propshaft tunnel running under it.
This one is priced on enquiry rather than listed. Freight to your state is the main variable on a kei truck and we would rather quote it properly than publish a figure that turns out to exclude it — tell us where it is going and we will come back with the number.
How the purchase works
At 1994 it is past the 25-year mark, which is the line that decides whether a Japanese-market vehicle can be imported at all. You do not deal with the import paperwork; we do, and we organise delivery to your address. There is a walkaround video on this listing alongside the photographs. We price this one on request — get in touch and we will send a quote.
